Every year, my father's office has a potluck/years end party to commemorate the past year. Due to Christmas-related events, it's been bumped to the end of January.
Over the past 5 years, I've been the one in charge for the music. I bring an old, but trusty, green iPod Mini, which my father "retired" years ago, once he got an 80 GB iPod video.
Since I don't use iTunes anymore, I cannot add or remove songs from the library without connecting to my mother's Macbook first, to "reset" the library, due to inactivity.
This year I'll be playing a variety of music, such as Depeche Mode, Phoenix, Black Keys...

Too bad you can't update it and put all jazz on there. that would be a fun party!

Can't go wrong with Wu Tang and Da Lench Mob for an office party.

But actually. Jazz is key to a good party experience. Especially one where everyone is classy and stand/sits around with endless scoth/martinis and cigars.
